Recent notable successes include:

Arranging the letting of a 16,000 sq ft industrial building in Alton at a record rent for the estate. Through targeted marketing Matthew was able to identify a new tenant at an early stage and a deal was agreed during the refurbishment period resulting in a minimal void period for the client.

Acting on behalf of a major fund Matthew has provided advice on presentation, fittings and refurbishments to drive the rent on an office park from £15.00 per sq.ft. in 2014 to £24.00 per sq.ft. in 2021.

Utilising knowledge of local requirements Matthew arranged the discreet off market sale of a significant industrial holding. The vendor was then placed in another instruction locally. This transaction allowed the vendor to release a six figure sum into his business providing valuable capital and driving growth.
